The Energy Leadership® Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future. And, it’s only available through an iPEC Certified Coach and ELI Master Practitioners, like me. 

Your ELI

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life.  When combined with an Energy Leadership® Index debrief tailored to you and your unique results, the ELI assessment can help you look closely at where (and how) you’re investing your energy. In this way, you’ll be able to make a plan and adjust your priorities in support of your work and life goals.

After you complete your on-line assessment, your results will be reported to me, and I will evaluate them.  We will then schedule a 90 minute debrief session where we will explore the seven levels of energy measured in the assessment, and how you experience them in your life today.  We will discuss areas where you are happy with your engagement, and where you may want to shift, and begin to explore how coaching can help you reach those goals.

With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview.  In group settings, these insights, along with coaching with an iPEC-certified Energy Leadership® Development coach, can boost productivity, communication, and morale among employees. As an individual, you’re likely to see transformations in your relationships, confidence level, and leadership skills.

ELI Group Assessments and 360 Assessments

The ELI is available for intact groups of between three and twenty people and there is a 360 version that can be used to assess leadership of teams or organizations. This version of the assessment contains additional questions relating to leadership behaviors.
